How to cancel an Order? How do I add to an order?

If your order has not been processed, we can cancel or add to your order. Please use the contact form and advise us your order number and name and item(s) you wish to cancel or add. Please note due to our volume and speedy processing, cancellations are not guaranteed. Once the item has a tracking number we deem it as processed.

Any cancellations after the processed point are now considered returns. And we will request our customers to return the items at their cost at this point. Though we do try to retrieve for cancellations after the issuing of label, most times it is not possible.

Do you cover return shipping expenses?

You must send back the unwanted product(s) at your own expense. A traceable service is required to ensure proper delivery.

For items we sent incorrectly or other problems from our end, we will provide a prepaid return label.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your product return has been inspected we will issue a refund to the same payment method.

What if the item has been used? 

All returning items must be in an unused condition (retail packages not opened, no writing/markings, no missing accessories, no pasted drills/diamonds). If the returned item is found to not be in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

How long do I have to return something?

Please initiate your return no later than the 30th day of receiving your item. Any requests received after the 30th day may be refused.
